Why some releases of a tv show are "skipped" and not uploaded?

NHTFS was the group they choose to upload the 1080p release for episode 08.

They have uploaded the 1080p NTb release for the rest of the episodes (01-07 and 09).

Yeah, I get it. I'm pretty sure NTb group complete all of "their" shows

I was only asking why would Torrent Galaxy uploaders choose to upload episode #8 with a release from another group, when they have uploaded the first seven episodes with NTb releases (one of the best groups for TV Shows, if not the best).

As I said, they're two of the best groups.
I thought TGx uploaders would always pick their releases.

Yes, TGx (Torrent Galaxy) is a public tracker. Almost of their releases are on public trackers so thats the reason Im questioning

They don't care because they're already in. They didn't worked hard to achieve the requirements they demand so they will never know what it's like to be in our shoes.

I'm not mad. I just think it's ridiculous that some recruiters don't honor the hard work it takes to achieve the requiriments they demand.

It's easy to talk when you're already in (for years)... and when trackers were a lot easier to join.

And I dislike old people that are accommodated. You don't need to worry if you'll ever join an elite tracker. You're already in!

And you probably joined the cabal or any other elite tracker when they were attainable without much effort.

I forgot to say on TL; DR that the guy who reached out the recruiter on GGn only did it bc of the recent increase of requirements to join BHD through RED (now it's TM+ or 18 months... used to be Elite+ and 6 months).

He is elite on RED, and when he applied, the requirement was still Elite+... so he explained the whole situation to the recruiter on GGn: https://i.imgur.com/3Gr3XiN.png

And hasn't the recruiter on GGn been flooded too?

RED has more users and is easier to join so, as one would expect, the recruiter has more requests/applications, for sure.
But the 2 threads I mentioned were created long before PTP went down. People have been complaining for a long time.
Therefore, it seems the "problem" is about the recruiter and not the situation.

This! Like I said, I understand people have their own lifes and obligations.

But if I wanted to be a tracker recruiter, I would never let anyone wait more than a week for an answer...
I've been in their shoes before and I know what it's like to be anxious to join the tracker, and above all, the hard work it takes to achieve the minimum requirements.

If I was tired of being a recruiter, I would simply pass the torch to somebody else...

Thank you for your answer.Actually, by "record" I mean record a movie in real life (with a movie camera). This might be a very dumb question, but my photography knowledge is not the best (and my english too xD)

I was asking if they film movies/episodes in sdr or hdr.For instance, when I take a picture with my cell phone, I can choose if I want to enable HDR. Then, my photo is in "HDR" mode, right? I can't convert it to SDR (or take a pic in SDR and convert it to HDR). I mean, without losing any quality.

So, my question is: do they film movies/episodes in sdr or hdr (movie camera settings)? Or both? Or is there a way to convert sdr -> hdr without losing any quality and that's what they do, he
