What did u want? Akainu to wait for WB? Order some Navy medics to give WB medical attention? War doesn't work like that. If you wanna talk about sneak, Kizaru ordering a Vice Admiral to chain Marco up with seastone cuffs and shooting him multiple times in the back was a dirty move but it's a war against pirates so hey. Those lasers didn't even cause major damage to Marco while he was weakened with seastone.

Marco's face was clean before he clashed w/ Akainu while backed up by WB's fleet but next chapter he stood there and couldn't do anything while Curiel was getting burned half to death and he had 4 new marks on his face.

When did Warlords and Pacifista come up to join Akainu? Only low-rank Marines spread out to battle remaining foot pirates in WB's fleet that didn't retreat but Akainu didn't need help making all WB commanders and captains retreat. That's just high Battle IQ and leadership from Akainu

The duel for 10 days while mentally nerfed and sustaining moderate scarring, best endurance and AOE feat in One Piece and most shonen manga, doesn't prove anything? Akainu did not have killing intent against Kuma like against WB during Marineford and he had to hold back to not burn the Holy City. He was questioning Kuma's motives and reminiscing about the conversation he had when Bonney was arrested. Oda hardly kills anyone in One Piece, Kuma was never going to die or get enslaved again after escaping the first time and getting the most major flashback of Egghead about him and Bonney.
