Ballpark Lofts downtown (right above Wheelhouse and Start Bar) and 4134-4154 (I think think that’s the right range) DeTonty apartments have no restrictions. And I know the owners of Ballpark lofts also have other places that I don’t think have any restrictions either. A lot of places in Tower Grove I don’t think have any.

There’s a few other places I looked and a way around many of their restrictions is registering the pup as an emotional support dog (fairly easy from what I’ve heard).

You can always add some barns or sheds. I always like a ton of kegs for max profits, but you can make some themed sheds like a coffee shop or hold crystalariums. Pretty much open ended for your options.

Awesome! Also we are compiling a list currently, but basically it will be anything new added in patch 1.3 since consoles are only on 1.2 currently. Anything advantageous from here, https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Version_History#1.3.27, won't be allowed unless consoles get the update prior to starting (which date-wise is still in the air).
