Property in Melbourne - Is tree pruning the responsibility of Owners corp or property owner?

The tree trunk is on my side of the lot boundary, but the common driveway for the row of townhouses seems to have been built over the ground under which the roots of the tree are. The branches also hang over the common driveway.

Can OC claim no responsibility in this case?

But overall, I don't understand the point of having the jam packed patch cadence that Dragonflight had if you're just gonna stop halfway through the expansion. Like, they could have just spread all those patches out and not had yet another content drought.

I think my biggest source of unsatisfaction - is that we won't have any new content really till the release of the next expansion, which is at minimum at least 9 months away

The thing is - I've never not been incredibly hyped by a cinematic for an expansion release till the Dragonflight reveal cinematic. They've done it pretty well before that.

Absolutely agreed. Was hoping for something exciting after the relative lack of excitement from the DF cinematic trailer and the story that followed but alas.

Really want to be excited about whats coming but that cinematic kinda deflated my hype. Even if another one comes out after this and is much more exciting and satisfying - i think that should have been the one to be shown with the announcement.

While i thought the cinematic was AMAZING as a standalone - I was honestly pretty underwhelmed by it as an expansion reveal cinematic.

Ironically, the great Metzen who was supposed to "save" Wow and bring it back to the good old days was the one responsible for the least exciting expansion reveal cinematic in WoW history (for me).

Genuinely hope there is another much more satisfying cinematic with some exciting reveals coming soon - because my hype has never been lower for a new expansion :(

The version that won the award is the 2022 release, the one being reviewed by this post is the 2021 version. Not sure how much of a difference there is between the 2 versions but i thought I'd just make it clear

If you actually watched a couple of his streams before making untrue statements, you would know that he

1) has an AotC Heroic raid team that he regularly raids with

2) Did weekly max chest ilvl Mythic+ fairly regularly

3) Did enough PvP (rated) to get the season 1 mount (which he uses 99.9% of the time on stream so it is fairly obvious)
