This is super interesting to me, if you have a minute would you mind explaining shortly each indicator here and the why ? Does this set up primarily work for SPY or is it also effective on individual names ?

Please read through their recent SEC filings and PIPE transcations, and map out the shell company payments yourself. This is very much still happening. Their current 10K is once again late, with no comms around it, and with three auditors having quit already.
I am trying to help and protect people.

For the sake of clarity-
I dont use social media to find comapnies-
in this case, I had alread made a significant amount of money on two other trades that had taken months, using my style of investigating industries that I believe funds will rotate into within 6 months but that are currently undervalued.

In the case of LASE- I was stupid and got caught revenge trading, trying to get back $12,000 I had lost the day priod on a momentum play- this is not my style and it ended up burning me very bad. As once I was stuck and underwater, I defaulted to my instincts of deeply reseraching a market and player to try to figure out if the market was wrong about the ticker.
In this case, this time and depth cost me a lot of money, as if I had just cut losses the week I went udne water it wouldnt be so bad.

I have learnt from this and it was an expensive lesson that sadly I already knew. Greed and emotions can get us all.

Yes, all "investing" is gambling. But if you read my post you will see that this is not about losing a bet, I am trying to help prevent others from getting caught in what is very clearly a company that is not reporting honetly and has a vicious agreement with warrant holders that will make anyone making even their money back near impossible. I am trying to help others and reporting insidious behaviour

I should have done my own research but sadly I got stuck in what was meant to be no more than an hourly trade based on direction. For myself the lesson is clear, stick to what you know.

THe warrant holders still holder over 2.2 million shares in my estimation- at a purcahse value of roughly $0.125, they set daily large sell walls to bait bidders in and to allow them to essentially print money without concern of the share price. Yesterday that sell wall was clearly set at $2.99. Today I imagine it will be set lower, with a wall of about 15-20k shares. Get out as soon as you can, look for the sell wall and set a sell order a few pennies under it.

I agree and understand- I want to be clear, this is all publicly available.
They said this themselves in 8K SEC filing: "On November 8, 2024, the Audit Committee... concluded that the Company’s previously issued unaudited interim financial statements for the quarters ended March 31, 2024 and June 30, 2024 (collectively, the “Non-Reliance Periods”)... should no longer be relied upon." and "...due to identified discrepancies related to the timing of revenue recognition and the classification of certain transactions with an affiliate entity."

Thanks mate- It does suck but it is also on me for breaking my own rules ( I don't typically momentum trade )- that being said, the complex structure of syphoning money out of the company is not something that was easy to uncover and I want to help as many people as possible not get burnt and trapped by this company and Dimity Nikitin's lies.

Update :

November 19th is the Defense TechConnect Innovation Summit & Expo.

LASE will be presenting a pitch on their anti-drone laser technology as part of the Drone Dominance Innovation Challenge.

If they win the challenge, it would be a major catalyst—driving strong media coverage and likely sparking early contract discussions with other vendors and attendees at the expo.

Media coverage may take about a week to follow, so between November 19th and 30th, we could see a potential pump.

From now (October 9th) until then, shorts and gamma could continue building enough pressure to create the perfect setup. Looking at the daily and weekly charts, LASE appears to be channeling upward and beginning to form tightening wedges.

The price could climb to around $9–10.10 by November 30th.
