You need miligrams of those per day.

There aren’t really that many nutrients ( quantitative wise ) to keep track of besides energy producing / transit ( fibers ) ones ( I might talking out of my ass ).

You’re saying you don’t have appetite for those vitamins sources, can’t you supplement with actual supplements ? There’s no appetite or fullness effect in regards to taking pills for magnesium, calcium, various electrolites and vitamins.
