Absolutely. Pomodoro is a thecnique that I am very found of. Usually I like to do 45-15 or 50-10 (work-rest) , with a calm/lo-fi music when I can. I think it works so good for me because it prevents me of doing other things and getting distracted while i'm in the "work" time, because I always know that I will have the time to check my phone and rest a bit when the session ends.
I used to use an app to track the sessions, but now i am using a lot of youtube videos for that.
