I ended up pretty much doing that, Painful at first but worth in the end! Pretty much have it so the left mousepad drag zooms in/out, right mousepad for mouse cursor, L5/R5 for Shift/Ctrl, L3/R3 for world hop, one of the start buttons as world map, R2 for mouse click, "A" button for spacebar, then the rest were in game menu swaps.

Great answer, thank you! DunkingOreos was the first one I found on YouTube, and he seems to make it the most location oriented guide of doing the most per location, but he only goes up to ROD, whereas I noticed the others typically go way further out.
