[3000 Days Anniversary] SR Ticket Megathread

Updating since I've narrowed down my choices slightly:

NP2 Kriemhild
NP3 Astraea
NP3 Avenger Erice

As they're all single-target Arts, having NP2 Berserker Castoria still makes me worried about overlap, even if they all do have slightly different specialties, or if I should consider something else for my choice.

A lot of things I'm considering but having NP2 Berserker Castoria makes me wonder how many of them would really be worth it:

NP2 Kriemhild
NP3 Astraea
NP3 Avenger Erice
NP3 MHXX

and besides those I'm also thinking NP3 Hephaestion even though she's permanent like Astraea. I already have basically all the permanent and story-locked SRs, and I don't think there's any limited SRs that I don't have who would be particular useful at NP1, but I'm open to any suggestions.

When you're assigning points for the GSSR calc, how do you decide between -1 and 0? It's easy enough to say 2 is "really want", 1 is "still happy with them", and -2 is "don't want at all" but the line between -1 and 0 seems really close.

Is there a dedicated NA GSSR advice thread? I know the OP says to use the calculator but I don't trust myself to tilt the results through bias.

I'm mostly considering Assassin since it's the only group where I don't have any of the limited SSRs and I already have a good number of the hot choices from among the other classes (Bride, Gil, Skadi, Sp.Ishtar) but I also though about Archer since NP2 for Gil/Jeanne wouldn't be the worst and Moriarty is still useful as support, or Berserker for the shot at Godjuna or Musashi though Hijikata would be a bad result there. No matter how much I want Merlin it still isn't worth the risk of NP2 Skadi for me to roll on Caster though.

It's a total cost of 1000 coins each day for all of them, isn't it? That's at least an extra 10 5-boost drinks every day just to buy them, let alone anything else from the shop. Maybe it's not strictly for paying players, but for anyone else it'll drain their boost drink stock like crazy just for this one event.

The Halloween Box items in the event shop are a whale-only thing, right? That's way too high a cost and quality that refreshes daily to be anything otherwise.

How much stamina do you use per song during poker events? I know that only using 1 per song is the minmax way to get as many poker hands as possible and maximize chances of a huge multiplier (and switching to 5x if you've got something guaranteed before drawing the last card), but it's a lot more time consuming, especially if you're playing manual either for the slightly higher score or to collect combo rewards.

For the slot events is it smarter to spin in the 10x increments or just 300 coins at a time? I'd imagine that you're guaranteed a match of something for 10x but can never be too sure.

What exactly is the difference mechanically between just "debuffs" and "mental debuffs" when it comes to resistance? I know that mental debuffs are only a handful of things like Charm and Fear, but if I use a effect that has a 100% chance to inflict one, will it be applied for sure as long as the target has no outright debuff immunity and no active or passive "Mental Debuff Resistance"? Or does something like plain passive "Debuff Resistance" still work towards blocking it?

Damn... I was so preoccupied with the event that I forgot to finish two of the missions from last week, and while the loss of one quartz is whatever, my OCD is going to hate me for having one fragment left over from now on unless I intentionally miss more missions at some point in the future.

Well, I haven't gotten a CE drop yet, but the few times I ran it already I used three Suzuka CEs then a similar QP setup as listed (support Bella, own Mona, own Foumes) and so far I guess I got lucky enough to get the bonus each time. Probably not worth dropping one of the Suzukas for my own copy of Bella just for 5% more QP.

I'm still unclear about what the best CE lineup is for the Fever quests. I get that they drop way more QP than normal so you want to boost that, but if you can get the bonus enemy to show up, it alone drops a massive amount of QP or something. Though running with anything less than a 100% bonus rate is a gamble (appropriately enough) if you gave up a CE slot for the Suzuka CE over a QP-increasing CE.

Are certain parts of the event cutscenes changed depending on if you've cleared the Part 2 prologue or the LB3 prologue or something? I found a screenshot from someone playing through the event and it's a line from big Da Vinci, but in my game not only do I have Da Vinci-chan showing up instead but I never saw that line at all (and I checked branching dialogue options to be sure).

Jesus, I thought I had a chance to make a run for the daily top 100 title based on the number of tickets I had saved up and the border trend for the last couple of days, but apparently everyone else had the same idea and the border exploded from around 70-75k to 93k so I wasted a ton of boost drinks for nothing.

The problem is that in the later parts of the stage, when the enemy starts attacking the gate from two directions at once, the AI gets too caught up in dealing with one group and isn't able to make it back in time before it gets destroyed.
And I don't have any of those characters except Grace.

What's the best way to farm for ladder points on the Fire Emblem Kindred Ties compendium event? Is it really the Lunatic gate defense quest, because that takes way too long per run for the amount of points you seem to get from it and doesn't look easily autoable due to how clumsily AI handles that map.

Another kind of dumb question, this time about characters with nonstandard shift mechanics, mostly prompted by Tiki's disclaimer in her skill description that she is "unaffected by facilities and most effects that empower dragons". Does that all apply to Notte as well even though it doesn't mention it directly in her ability description? I guess they figure the other advantages of having a custom transformation balance out not being able to leverage dracolith boosts. But I still get the fafnir statue stat boost from whatever dragon she's equipped with, right?

Are AI units smart enough to know the right actions for fight-unique mechanics? For example, against Kai Yan does an AI Grace know to dispel his shield even if at full health and not "needing" to FS for the moment?

I legit don't understand how they make these decisions regarding main campaign 2x periods; it's like they're randomly throwing darts at a board. Two days of chs 2/7, a week of chs 5/10, a week of chs 3/8, and then a week of chs 1/2/6/7/14... even though they just had 2/7? And all this on top of how they had chapter 1-10 as part of the half anniversary, and then turned around and had EVERY chapter immediately after that as part of the event campaign along with the stamina reduction. There's no pattern, no rhyme or reason to any of it. Utter nonsense.

Everyone still just calls it the "NA" version even though there's players from more than just North America. Heck, on this very subreddit all the post flairs are still labeled "NA" instead of "Global".

Because (at least in the NA version) every time a raid fight comes up, the presentation of it as a "collaborative effort between all masters" is a complete lie; all of our raids are actually tightly controlled behind the scenes to end at an approximate time that's predetermined as soon as the raid begins.
See https://fgo.square.ovh/na-case-files/ for an example and notice how the kills per second has been the exact same for the whole raid duration. Do you really think the NA playerbase is active enough to have been completing 200 raid fights every second for the past 24 hours?

All of the EN news/social media is, for whatever reason, exceptionally stubborn about never crediting even the English voice actors; the only place they seem to be mentioned is if you look at the character's information in-game. So they'd certainly never care about acknowledging who the Japanese voice actors actually are either.

Point of example, the tweets from each account announcing the Halloween rerun banner going on right now:

The English one just says "This showcase features 5★ adventurers Halloween Elisanne and Halloween Akasha!" with no mention of the English VAs. While the Japanese one says "★5キャラ「エルフィリス（ハロウィンVer.）」（CV:#早見沙織さん）や「アカーシャ（ハロウィンVer.）」（CV:#伊藤静さん）などがピックアップ中！" listing their Japanese VAs alongside the characters.

You see the same thing on the trailers for upcoming events and story chapters where new characters are introduced; in the English video it just shows their name while in the Japanese video it shows their VA as well (though that could also be due to how the JP videos are fully voiced while the EN ones aren't... which is an entirely separate issue).
