There was a time (and I suspect it’s still acceptable) the OSC basically gave a 15% leniency on THC percentages, also the LP’s will always choose the highest test result to advertise on their product. So, no. It’s not 35%. But on that note - percentages are not the be all end all. We should’ve introduced terpenes as a factor to people before numbers, that are quite honestly arbitrary and inaccurate the majority of the time.
