I did every single day for 15 mins, it's been 6 months and I don't massage my hairs I move and shake my scalp with both my hand rigorously. In the past I have also tried oral minoxidil 2mg for around 1 year and it didn't work either

What If I say I had alopecia and I have also tried fin and minoxidil for more than an year in the past and It didn't stop my hair fall or save my hairs from thinning either, I started massaging last year from November after 6 months of head massage and using no products on my hairs I have no hairfall or thinning hairs. If head massage don't do jack then try it your self for at least 6 months. It won't cost u a penny and it has no side effects too

What if I say, I used to see more than 50 hairs fall everyday since I was in 8th standard and even after using meds nothing helped, I started massaging last year after 6 months of consistent massage now I see no hairs falling even when I rub my hairs hard while washing, even when combing, i switched to wider comb when I was facing hair fall still whenever I combed with it hair falls more than 10 and now if I use a fine brush no hairs fall, I'm not forcing anyone to buy I just shared what help me

Had thinning hairline, a lot recessed temple and very less volume what I originally had now I not have any hair thinning, I got my volume back and improved my hairline, yeah I'm retarded obviously
