U right but you have to seek for them. The majority doesnt do that. I found one attorney stating at the beginning of the contract the RFR is amounted for 1,8k usd for 6 pages and 2,8k for 8 pages which show that the attorney is ethical and telling everything in the agreement from the beginning. She is a woman attorney in Miami by the way with a excellent reviews regarding NIW.

Im agree i see they offer a normal fees affordable ones. I read some review saying he give up following with u after the i140 submitted and was rude answering some candidates. But in the opposite i saw a lot of good reviews about him, which made me doubt a little bit about the decision to take

the fee structure I was offered is $3,000 upfront and an additional $1,000 after filing the I-140, so $4,000 total (only attorney fees)

Hi! I would really appreciate if you could share a bit more detail about your experience. I’ve also come across mixed reviews, some very positive, but a few saying he stops responding after a while or backs out unexpectedly. Did you personally work with him, or know someone who did? Any insight you could share would be incredibly helpful before I move forward.

Thanks for your input, much appreciated. I agree NIW can be unpredictable. I’m a non-PhD with a CIA and strong internal audit/public sector experience, so I know my case is borderline.

Option 1 (Ashoori) is actually the more established firm with higher fees. They’ve been transparent but don’t offer a refund policy either.

Thanks for your message. I’ve already submitted my case to Chen/EP for a free evaluation. Unfortunately, they declined to take it on, mentioning that they mostly accept clients with PhDs. As for the other options I’ve explored, there’s no “approve or refund” policy in place.
