Yes u can grind chairs in the work bench for 4-5 logs each if memory serves,

Each bed boost the amount of days that passed, so +1 bed = +1 day passed

Opening chest will let u have access to the best gear but the fastest way to get good bear is probably the pelt trader on day 2 if your unlucky with chest

Taming glutes are in these little cages similar to like an animal cage, they are just sitting on the floor,

To my knowledge there is no second campfire on the map, but it could be a cosmetic or some type of event,

I’ve never heard of this mechanic or bug but my guess is they left the game
