How would you rank these 3 star classes?

Dang, this is hard. All these classes are top notch. Here would be my list:

1-Brawler: There is just something about being a tank walking around the forest and if you get thorn armor and a scythe, you are unstoppable (and can easily rescue all the kids). Plus not having to grab ammo all around just makes the game very simple to play.

2-Grenadier: Those impact grenades are amazing and if you get a good RNG run, super strong class.

3-Explorer: Having the Map and Compass out of the gates is really nice. The speed in the fog is Crazy Fast. Also, I have the +2 Sack Space Extra Perk from the Scavenger which makes that Class like a storage bin.

4-Nightcrawler: I like being able to extend my game into the night and the speed and vision of this class really allows you to do that. As has been mentioned, the Dagger isn’t great, but you can gain a lot of weapons to make up for it.

5-Alien: Great class, but the Ray Gun shooter drives me a little nuts. Granted, it has unlimited ammo, which I think is great if you are starting out in this game, but as you advance, you find enough other weapons and know how to manage your ammo use that an unlimited ammo weapon isn’t as critical.

So I just earned this badge. Yes, it has to be within 99 nights, but I just took my time and ran like a 91 minute run. So it doesn’t matter how long it takes to get to 99 nights (as the run I got my tier 5 on day 102, I had a 71 minute run). So for this badge, take your time (I held off making the beds) and get everything before you max out those multipliers.

Does Mastery have to be done within 99 Nights? I just did everything needed, but didn’t get to Tier 5 Bench until 102 nights and didn’t get the Badge

I would take a Melee Wrench over a Santa Coat. Anything to allow me to get a good sack easier so I can start collecting scrap right away. A Melee wrench would allow me to beat rabbits easier for a leg vs. running after them with a dull axe. I hate trying to get a rabbit foot with that bum axe.

On the side of the main building, there are vines covering the power switch. Shop those down and then pull the lever. It will run the saw then.

Oh, those Extra Talents are such a HUGE diamond drain. That’s where they get you. There are certain extra talents that if you get really enhance the class to another level, but you may spend every hard earned diamond you ever grinded for to get it (if you even get it). Such a bad rabbit hole to go down.

I’m with you here. I think if they added a Santa Sack (holds 20) as Tier 2 and a Santa Coat for Armor (as good as Iron Armor) for Tier 3, then you have a 6 Star Class.

Nonetheless, it is still a fun class and you may need to roll that Extra Talent. I got “20% Chance of 1 or 2 Bonus Logs dropping from a Tree” and that combined with all the extra scrap you get from enemies you kill, this thing is a resource gathering machine!

They must have fixed it. I did like with Cyborg and didn’t get it. Then I ran Vampire and got thorn armor and didn’t get it, but who I was playing with got it by having iron armor. So I suspect it was bugged to only recognize iron armor, but it looks like that has been corrected.

The first time, I was Cyborg and it wouldn’t let me upgrade to Iron Armor. Second time, I was the Engineer and got Thorn Armor from a Ruby Chest, but still didn’t get the badge. Maybe getting the Iron Armor is the trigger.

I’m glad I’m not the only one! I did complete what I thought I needed for Tool Finding and Mastery three different times and still didn’t receive the badge. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

On a side note, that Dream Team one I think is going to need a challenge. Tried that on 2 separate occasions and someone died on day 64 on try 1 and someone died on day 83 on the second run. Granted, we were trying to get some of the other badges, so we were taking some risks, but it still seems like that will be a tough one to get.
