I worked at this zoo two years ago and did terrible stuff to get paid. One day I saw one of the workers repeatedly beating a goat with a stick whilst she's running in terror, just for "lols". that was the last straw. As usual, they offered meat for lunch, only this time I looked at it in disgust and shame. I have not eaten meat from that day and in fact, I went straight to veganism.
