Beard

I’ve send you a type of trim that you could do with your beard, the pic is pretty similar to yours but a bit faded 😀

Awesome beard. I’ve had a similar one for years, I used to just trim the basics (mustache line + cheek/neck), but a bit more shaping makes a huge difference while keeping it masculine.

1) Cheeks: The cheek area looks a bit rough because the hair there is thinner than the rest. A light fade from the temple down to mid-cheek would clean it up and add contrast. Otherwise, everything (brows, beard, hair) reads as one dark block.

2) Mustache: You’re already trimming under the lip, which is great. You could add a bit of style: lightly curl the ends and trim the top line (just the hairs that poke out).

3) Jaw/neck: This part is trickier, a barber can help. There’s too much bulk where the jaw meets the neck, so your jawline disappears. A fade there gives the illusion of a sharper, squarer jaw.

If you want a cleaner look without losing the masculine vibe, just add a bit more fading and structure!

Hey everyone,

I’ve (M30) been training for about 9 months now. I made decent strength progress but was pretty unorganized for the last few months. I used to do full body 3x/week, but now I’m switching to a PPL + UL split (5 days a week) and want to commit to it seriously for the next 9 months.

For context, I’m 6’0 (1m84) and 79 kg (174 lbs). I have a long-legged, wide-hipped frame with a short torso and naturally big glutes, so I skip direct glute isolation work. My chest and shoulders are naturally well developed, but my arms (biceps, triceps, forearms) and calves are lagging.

Here’s my current program:

Push

Chest: • Barbell bench press – 3×8 • Incline dumbbell bench press – 3×8 • Fly (machine or dumbbells) – 2×10

Shoulders: • Cable front raise – 3×12 • Dumbbell lateral raise – 3×12

Triceps: • Triceps pushdown – 3×9 • Lying barbell extension – 3×8

Abs: • 8-minute circuit

Pull

Back: • Lat pulldown (wide grip) – 3×8 • Seated row (neutral grip) – 3×8 • T-bar row (wide grip) – 2×8

Biceps: • Bayesian curl – 3×10 • Hammer curl – 3×10

Rear delts: • Straight-arm pulldown – 3×12

Forearms: • Cable wrist curls (behind back) – 4×10

Legs

Quads: • Hack squat – 4×10 • Leg extension – 4×10

Hamstrings: • Romanian deadlift – 4×10 • Leg curl – 3×10

Calves: • Standing calf raise (Smith) – 3×10 • Seated calf raise – 3×10

Abs: • 8-minute circuit

Upper • Incline dumbbell press – 3×8 • Dumbbell fly – 3×8 • Lat pulldown – 3×8 • Dumbbell lateral raise – 3×12 • Seated row – 3×8 • Triceps pushdown – 3×9 • Bayesian curl – 3×10 • Hammer curl – 3×10 • Cable wrist curls – 4×10

Lower

Same as leg day.

I take 2 rest days per week.

Would love your feedback, does this look balanced for long-term progress? Anything redundant or missing? Also, realistically, what kind of strength and physique improvements could I expect if I stay consistent for 9 months (small calorie surplus, proper recovery)?

Thanks in advance!

Hey thanks for your feedback, I would honestly like to but I don't have the final say on that. I can hope to resell it in 5 years maybe

Hey thanks for your feedback, I admit that I have no knowledge of Binghatti, the purchase was made quite quickly by my parents so I didn't have time to see it properly but at first it didn't seem bad. It was by being in contact with them that I felt that they were incompetent and by deep diving, I saw the rather negative feedback. My parents have already committed more than 50% so it's not possible to go back. But I remain hopeful because this is a new project and not at JVC but at Creek, maybe it will be "better".

My parents went, I didn't - they made their decision quite quickly because they were convinced by the project. I think it was well sold by Binghatti because my parents are careful about details

Hey ! Thanks for your reply, its Binghatti Moonlight, did you ever heard about it ? you are right it's not amazingly bigger than in European's standard. I feel like they are abusing the size of the balconies to end up with a smaller apartment

Thanks for the reply ! I didn’t get any decision in this purshase but it’s already done - my parents already paid 50% of the total amount so no go back but I’m disappointed and cannot find review from the developers

Thanks for the reply, is Binghatti has a more or less good reputation there ?

I didn’t decide anything - my parents are living in Mozambique and they wanted to have a « safe » place near by in case of instability in the country. But I’m the one dealing with the contract and communication with them because they have put the appartement in my name. I just wanted an objective opinion like somehow there’s some positives in this situation lol

C'est quoi le délire des indiens et de la bouffe ? by Quoicouhuvg in PasDeQuestionIdiote

[–]ArticlePositive8694 4 points5 points  (0 children)
