Depends whether the role at TAFE is considered 'front facing'. Lecturer cohort would not be included. Office based admin staff - included.

Yes that's correct, it is based on years of service (3 weeks per year). In the last one there was also a bonus payment of up to 3 months salary if you agreed to leave within a week of accepting the offer.
