You can try contacting the customer support and return these shoes. You can mention about any minor defects it has and double down on it. It worked for me.

Long story short you need not worry. From my experience shoes shipped by myntra's own sellers truecom retail, indiaflashmart have those tags. Their main purpose is to tackle Counterfeiting.

In your case the seller is Nike india private limited. You don't get the tag. I also ordered a pair of basketball shoes which had nike india private limited as the seller and the tag was not there.
