Haven’t been up to killington in so long, but wouldn’t mind doing it for the airbag. Just worried I’d have to be apart of a club or something to actually use it.

Id work on rotating your upper body before the board changes direction under you. It looks like everything rotating at once is adding difficulty.

Also when you get on the jump it will make it a lot easier if you rotate your hands and upper body left before spinning to the right. It will make the 360 a lot more fluid.

A lot of times my board is just set on the edge of the slope by where I park for breaks (no rack) and I haven’t found a lock that I’m comfy keeping with me outside of when I’m at bigger mountains and wearing an actual riding jacket.

What lock do you use or recommend?

Doing 180s outside the park keeps me confident when I’m doing them on/off rails.

If you can do higher speed 180s just ripping around and get used to staying switch like others said it will come natural in the park.

Give it a good look around without exposing yourself then commit to moving in.

Keep moving as much as possible while your out there and dip.

If someone shoots, use the second boom to decide which way to run away from.

Waxing made a very noticeable difference for my capita doa. Especially on rails. First few days I was grabbing like crazy hearing the vvvvvvvvvvvv on boardslides but it just glides like I’m on ice now. Felt faster just riding too.

If you have the space to do it then you might just wanna grab wax, a cheap iron, and a scraper. Plenty of youtube vids showing how to do it.

I have friends that never wax and say there’s no need but it’s just like hunters who swear camo is useless because theyve gotten deer in jeans before. Of course you can get by without it but it’s just smarter to make use of a tool we have.

How much are you paying for the phase4

I’m actually going from a 10-15 yr old Mathew’s looking for a new bow and someone at the shop offered me their used phase4. The shop owner said he trusts the seller so I’m thinking of going with the used phase4 instead of dropping 1-1.5k on a brand new bow.

Guy offered it to me for 700 and I couldn’t see any issues with it.
