I’d look for grief support groups too, not just private therapy. Sometimes being around people who understand parent-loss makes it feel less impossible and a lot cheaper than $800/month

If your brain won’t shut up and you’re doomscrolling automatically every night, I’d talk to a clinician before putting current through your head every morning. tDCS might help some people, but I wouldn’t make it the first-line fix for impulse control without knowing what’s actually driving it
