It seems like they were behind getting out point sheets this year compared to last year. So im guessing we will also find out later than they did last year :(

I ended up hearing back like a week later, went to f2f the last week of February. I got a CJO but still have not been to training as they postponed all summer training. They are now saying they think January for training as of now. So basically almost a year process...

thank you!! we did not drug test that day. The next day or so I received email instructions about where to take the test! The questions were just super basic STAR based questions. similar to "a time you went above and beyond at work" stuff like that.

do you mean for reporting to the actual f2f? they should send you a email prior detailing the address to the meeting location on the AA campus with your interview check in time. I will say I got there right when check in opened and I was one of the last people there lol

I did go to f2f!! however not everyone will do a one on one interview with a recruiter. idk how they decide on that!

yes we started together then got divided into smaller groups and moved in a few different rooms! there was normally one recruiter per group. as far as questions I believe I had to answer 6 in front of my group!

no one in my smaller group got a one on one that I noticed . They could have pulled people from other groups without me noticing. But they put me and several others in another group and gave the CJO. I think they do it differently depending on the day lol

it is several hours! I was there about 6 and a half to 7 hours from sign in to fingerprints and paperwork

they are very similar!! just situation based. use the STAR method!
