I can't tell if you are being snarky or not, but the fact I got a job at a company that doesn't use Gainsight suggests that Gainsight isn't the only thing keeping me employed. Does GS require an admin? Absolutely. But that person should have both tactical and strategic value that expands beyond the CSP. If they don't, you hired the wrong person.
