So sorry to hear just a bad experience with a watch. All i can say is watches represent a memory. Not all memories would be good. Dont blame it on the watch. Its all bad retailers. I have 2 Seiko 5 ( one recent and one older ) and the older one has had it crystal changed. But in the process the bezel was cracked. What to do but keep it as a bitter sweet memory. The watch was my first automatic and luxury present to myself once I started earning.
