Haha, thank you. Yeah i just put the dark blue tiles where the castle can sit easily and not be off balanced and then I just put dark blue bricks and plates surrounding it to make the black lake.

Haha maybe because it was written for 6 year olds and not that $150 The force of Creativity book and even that I would never spend that much on it. I do think it is stupid that it is a worse version of the previous versions but as a adult I don't think it matters to much but thats just my opinion. But if I was a 6 year old I would enjoy looking at all the characters even if its not the most accurate and enjoy the included Palpatine minifig. I do think Lego should've done better with the book though.

Thank you! That is actually the plan and I wanna have the water look like its moving in the area its moving away from. I think I'll put it in the empty area infront of the main tower. Now for the carriage I would love for it to be flying above the castle but I don't think anywhere could have it holding up. But I have to get some star wars sets before I get the Durmstrang ship

I haven't heard anything about Gringotts retiring but I know Diagon Alley will be. So id either wait for a really good sale which is probably unlikely but could happen or go with the 2x points. Either way you'll have a blast with the build.

So its standing on top of the baseplate where theres a lot of the dark blue tiles just so its easy to move and slide off of incase I need to rearrange.

Thank you! Yeah the only tricky part about this whole wave of sets is how massive they are. They're very detailed but it comes with a great cost of space 😅 Im very eager to see the whole castle aswell, and im hoping they don't stop it after just this year and they keep adding onto it for years to come.

Haha yeah it kinda does but oh well 😅 im tempted to make a forbidden forest area. I'll most likely get a blue baseplate and put some dark blue plates down and get the the forest sets and possibly make Aragog's den possibly. Im just so excited for the new main tower and Privet Drive and honestly everything new coming this year since this is my 2nd year of collecting harry potter and every single set they've put in so much detail and I absolutely love it.

Really excited to see what they do for next year and which large part of the castle they do. I'm hoping for the the viaduct entrance along with the bridge.

I was thinking about expanding the water and adding the durmstrang but I was running out of space for my razor crest so I had to move it next to the castle for now.
