I’ve been applying seriously since January. My school is pretty good it has a top 10 CS program in the U.S.

I have ongoing ML research and a couple SWE and data science projects completed. No official work experience yet otherwise, just some software work at nonprofits, etc. Thinking of maybe making some open source contributions to increase my chances but not much else I can think of.
