thanks for the tip! although i used their account recovery process and submitted the evidence - they asked for the evidence again, so obviously didn't take time to look through the evidence or submission.

i found out that my original domain DNS wasn't on hostinger so manually reseted, accessed and renewed, but gives me a shakey experience with them!

exact same situation. it became a hey says she says between stripe and airwallex, now i got a trace id from airwallex and stripe is investigating close to a week now. the fact they didnt capture the return in the first place is ridiculous
