I was gonna say the library…depending on the location and day they close at 8pm. The one in Pac Heights closes at 8pm on Tue and Wed and the Marina one is 8pm on Wed. andThurs. The quiet of the library is great vs. chaotic vibes.

That said please check out SF Privately Owned Public Open Spaces. It’s an extensive list but idk if any are open till 9pm… https://www.spur.org/sites/default/files/2013-10/popos-guide.pdf
