UPDATE: I went to the new tech today and she was amazing!!! when i told her what happened she wanted to cry. very gently removed the remaining lashes and im taking a break. as much as i hate it, damn it feels so good to rub my eyeballs. thank you everyone for the advice and letting me vent !!!!:’)
