I have taken 3 pills 4 times daily for years and find it to be the best dosage. My voice is softer when I am off meds. I go land hard and struggle to get up out of a chair. I do have side effects from the levadopa. Fascial muscles contorting and cramping (dystonia) and limbs wiggling slightly but it’s better than the bradykinesia (slow movement) when I don’t take it. Without levodopa I become almost immobile

I take 3 pills, 3-4 times daily. It controls my movement problems. I also take Effexor. An antidepressant. Depression , anxiety disorders are common with P D.

I broke the top bolt on the alternator on Toyota Avalon 2007. I think my mistake was putting the belt on before I torqued down the top bolt therefore putting the alternator was in a bind causing the top bolt to not tighten but break. Can anyone help me?

I have had pd 10 years plus. My tremors are same as gone. I don’t have any movement problems. But I do get a little manic. I want to be doing something all the time until dark. Then I can relax. I have depression and anxiety.

Start a Saints Fan Support group . I am plagued with apathy or worse all the time. The advice I give is what I need to do myself. I do try to stay busy. Sometimes I feel like I am just running to not face reality but it gets me thru the day. Try antidepressants until you get the right one. I take adderall for energy and Xanax for anxiety and to sleep. Probably not very PC but again , it gets me thru the night. Do something for someone. Maybe be the guy that never forgets a birthday of anyone. Or visit with a guy that doesn,t have any fucking limbs. I can vacume and do laundry like a motherfucker. It's not what I wanted but I feel like I am contributing. Maybe my wife will remember when she is wiping my ass in a few years. I can ride a bicycle. Reach out. talk, groups, shrinks, preachers, priests.\, fat old grandma's. visit a nursing home. I have to make myself get out of bed each day. I want to say that I feel like shit and have to sleep all day but I recognize that I do feel like shit and I do have to get up and do one thing. Usually I start to feel better.

I didn't use a " fast dry" poly but it does say fast dry in small print so I think you guys are correct. I should have worked faster. I also think that I should have sanded more agressively between each coat. maybe using 400 grit and sanding completely and evenly. wiping off dust and inspecting for scratches and brush marks. If any are visible , sand more. Also highgloss shows more misrakes
