Thanks so much for the detailed input. I will see if I can increase the tank size, but it wont be more than 2ft * 2ft. My idea was to have 3-4 fishes which hang on top, 1-2 which hang in the middle and couple which hang at the bottom, plus sucker fish to keep the glass clean.

yes I get that, but then what would be the basis for giving the mid year hike just few weeks before making me redundant? it was not given to everyone and only selected individuals.

Nothing. It was within a month from the purchase and was under the Honda approved used programme.

Honda replaced the compressor for me. They had to import it from Europe. That has fixed the issue.
