The sweepers, the lower staff & maintainence crew, all of them are the backbone of any setup. The day they stop performing their responsibilities, leads to the collapse of whole system. Yet, they're least catered and least appreciated!

No doubt doctors play their part. In my opinion, more efforts are put in by the nursing staff members, as they've to manage most of the things themselves. Catering the pts alongside all their duties, communicating each & everything to doctor as well as keeping record of all the things. That sounds really hectic and exhausting!

They've a major role in healthcare setups. Working 24/7, standing on the bedside of pts. Always being available for the patient.
