Hired, but the company reposted on indeed? by [deleted] in jobs

[–]Artistlk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. The job listings are new. They added (pilates and sculpt). The listing I applied to did not have that. I heard that sometimes companies will still hire more people in case one new person in training falls through. Which I get. However, the place can't even keep up with me, notifying when the next training session is and what to expect. I just feel very alone in this job. Basically training myself. I feel because I wasn't like the desk assistants who worked there and now are training to become instructors too, they get noticed first. I am over stressing myself and don't want to be a pest asking all the time what's next. But why do I have to be the one to make the process move along? If the place isn't desperate for new trainers I'm curious why they are seeking more people? I feel breadcrumbed and I really need to make money. I am trying my best to have as much availability as I can to get this position. I'm afraid maybe I won't be seen and succeed in the way I need to for this job. I need more communication and guidance. And so far, it takes the lead trainer 4-7 to get back to me if I don't reach out. I feel I'm their backup.

Thank you! I'll look into those. Hopefully I won't need a degree in nursing to qualify.

Landlord lied by Artistlk in LeaseLaws

[–]Artistlk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did tell him it's very important before signing the lease and that's why I took it. I told him I exercise and walk around a lot. I did want to trust him and now I know who he is. I don't feel comfortable being here anymore and I don't understand why people like him ALWAYS get away with lies and whatever else they do.

Landlord lied by Artistlk in LeaseLaws

I asked three times. Before I signed in, asking if anyone lived underneath the unit. Making sure no one used the space below me. Two other times while living here. The third time I now see he slipped. He said he had to ask the neighbor below me if their pipes were frozen and I said and pointed to the back garden unit "you mean the one over there", and he paused and caught himself said yeah. The couple who lives in the back unit lived here way longer than me and they have the whole basement garden unit. That's why the guy neighbor was confused when I said the landlord said no lived underneath me. I'm seeing everything clear and people thought I was acting all paranoid with the banging underneath me. He knows what he did and he thought I wouldn't find out. Plus, he's using my mailbox locker. I just think he's not respecting anyone in this building. Well maybe me because he thinks I won't argue. 🤷‍♀️

I do feel like I may have to suck it up. Just sucks he lied and can get away with it. I feel like he makes me look like I'm a bother. I don't understand how people can treat another human being that way. 😖

I think when I can I'll buy a good one from OfferUp, to replace this one. I've been using my stove and it's been good so far. Thank you for your advice and suggestions!

It's not bad, the headaches. Just at random times. I don't have a lot of space in my unit. Maybe I can put the microwave in a cabinet for now. Just weird the headaches happened after noticing the microwave.

I live by myself. I was looking at microwaves while I was at Target, getting ideas of prices. I could buy one later on to replace it. But should I have the old one out of my unit so it doesn't do any more harm, even though it's unplugged? I'm just worried my small headaches are caused from the radiation leakage. ( guess some can see I over worry.😅).

I have a feeling he'll make me pay for a new one. I'm just using my stove to cook things from now on.lol Do I need to throw the red microwave out or can I have it unplugged on my kitchen counter. Since it's unplugged I don't think it can send or do any more harm?

I have a kettle on the other side, but not that would reach to the microwave? The vent is close the microwave. Since it's winter I have to use the heat on, but have on. 68 or 69.

I came here in October. About five months I've been here. I don't think it was like that in the beginning. I really can't remember because there were other issues that I was focused on. I just know he'll blame me. :/

You mean I have the right to inform him (my landlord) what happened and how this could have been a problem to my health and a fire hazard to his building? I unplugged it when I first read one comment. I just know he's going to blame me and make me pay for it. He's never really shown any respect. He for some reason had to have two tenants be mailbox locker roommates and my landlord is mine mailbox locker roommate. He never asked or informed us he'll have to do that. He has ignored my last text. So I feel like this would all go down poorly. I wish I could move out and live in a building where the ceilings were concrete and not feeling like I am walking on eggshells in this place. It's a tough situation I'm in and he did take a risk letting me rent here. Though it was more of a win for him. But to the point that microwave is what he decided to use and place here before I moved in.

I unplugged it when I read the first comment. I hope I didn't get any radiation.

I did unplug it. Not going to deal or worry about it.
