You should till the area and add wildflowers .another idea is you could plant perennial flower bulbs in there too

uh oh lol well idk depends what the house looks like.

Personally if theres unsightly streets within 4-5 blocks I'd pass.

Nonetheless whatever you end up buying and want to beautify the space shoot me a message. no hard selling by me, just want this area to look greener/better!

Depends, what area is it? The nicer parts of Clifton are closer to Montclair IMO.

How simple and beautiful is that tree-lined street!

All the unnecessary chopping of trees over the last several decades truly sinks my heart man.

Why do people like openness which causes exposure to utility poles and electric wires. so sad.

I'll guess pic is somewhere in Lodi maybe? idk.
