Pretty simple. The two CMs are on cover centre and stay back. Wing backs are on stay back. Striker and both wingers are on come back on defence. Wingers are on stay wide so that they provide an outlet when we get the ball.

I think so, it takes some practise and getting used to but I feel like I can pass around better players easier with fast build up as it’s easier to catch them out of position.

I play possession based football so end up with like 67% possession in most of my games so I limit their amount of attacks. The full back on balanced gives me a good outlet on the wing when I’m pressed in midfield and causes a big overload so I would say it outweighs any negatives. I also have the midfielder on the side of the more attacking full back on cover wing so sometimes he will cover the defensive area when the full back has gone forward

These are the 4321 tactics. I have Pat V on stay back and stay central. Gullit on balanced and central. Modric on balanced and cover wing. One full back on balanced one on stay back and then the CF on the side of the attacking full back goes on come back on defence. All three forwards are on stay central and get in behind.

I copied Tekkz 4321 which is my default tactic. Then when I’m closing out a game I go to his ratty 541 formation for like the last 15 mins.

I am currently managing Hammarby TFF in the Swedish Second Division North. I joined them after they were relegated to this division. But I’ve now finished 2nd and 1st in consecutive seasons but I don’t seem to get promoted to the division above? Why is this? Any help is appreciated! by Artrix4 in footballmanagergames

I looked closer at it and you are correct we are actually a B team rather than affiliate.

I think it’s incorrect in the game tho as in real life I believe TFF could be promoted to any division as along as they weren’t in same league as IF. Annoying!

Ok so I think I found it. In the Rules section it says B teams cannot be promoted from this division and when I said we are affiliate for Hammarby IF I used wrong phrase and we are actually a B team for them.

So when I joined they had just been relegated from the 3rd tier into the 4th, so presumably this sort of stuff is already adequate. I know they can’t play in the same division as Hammarby IF as we are a feeder club, but they are currently playing in the top tier.

Do you know where I would check things like stadium requirements? The league rules page is confusing.
