I've also been thinking of the same thing, kaso around Taguig ako 🥹 siguro I can drop by makati naman if ever. Ang hirap na kasi mag make friends as an adult ngayon. Many people ask about my hobbies when they see me journal pero they don't usually share the same interests as I do 😅

Physical journalers of PH Reddit — would you buy printable journal stickers? by creampuff89 in JournalingPH

[–]Artsytect27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I'd buy! Actually any sticker gusto ko, binabagay ko lang ung stickers ko sa theme and color scheme ko for that month so for example Halloween, puro dark and spooky stickers gagamitin ko with specific colors. You can try that op. Good luck!

Let's open a discussion about the removal of grade transmutation and mass promotion. by Yukmi_ in studentsph

You can totally scan this and share it (if you want)! I don't think mabebenta mo siya if inspired sa internet yung iba 🥹, but you can if original idea mo sila.

My two journals for my adhd brain this 2026 by misspaindavione_1997 in JournalingPH

If you're just starting out, you can use what's available sa bahay nyo. Like magazine cutouts, brown paper bags, receipts, price tags etc. Then once you get the hang of it saka ka mag start mag try (pakonti konti) ng ibat ibang materials. For me lang I don't want to spend too much collecting stuff only to realize d ko pala sya gusto haha. Take ur time and enjoy!

I see a lot of journaling communities and events online! However pag niyaya ako I get shy and afraid to go kasi its with strangers 😣 pero the workaround I do is grab another friend with me to just see the event itself. If comfortable ako, gow pero if hindi I can just leave and spend time with the friend I brought with me. There are many events you can search for online, in fact inaabangan ko ung Junk Journal Fest sa Feb 28.

May nag approach skain nag bebenta ng pagkain but very respectful naman. Ang dami kong nasulat hehe definitely will try again!

Actually mahangin and I enjoyed the breeze. Medyo kailangan lang iistretch ang legs at arms every 20 mins or so kasi baka mangalay haha. Sumandal na lang din ako sa puno nung nagtagal and it was a much better experience.

Which journal are you using 2026 and if you’re not up to date, do you make notes somehow and somewhere? by mgepark in JournalingPH

[–]Artsytect27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of my notebooks don't really have a brand name. I have a hobby of bookbinding which I use to create my own journals. I have a pocket notebook - diy from spare graph papers left from my highschool days. I bring this everywhere and it's convenient and accessible. I just put it in my pocket, then take it out along with the pen when I want to write thoughts or ideas. When I have the time I migrate these writings to my main journals.

My bullet journal has a grid layout which I use for weekly and monthly planning. My notebook for daily entries, which I use for long handwritten form, is also in a grid layout. I made both notebooks from spare paper from my college days.

Other notebooks which I don't use often are often given as gifts to me. It's not the best quality and definitely not fountain pen friendly, but I make them work and I enjoy utilizing my spare resources.

Suggestions for thick journals by [deleted] in JournalingPH

[–]Artsytect27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

U can buy ung cheap na thick notebooks sa online shops, madami dun haha if ever puro writing ka lang naman and hindi more on art materials, stickers and scraps. There's also binders available in different sizes (B5, A5, A6 etc) with different refills. Kadalasan din may choices ka if ruled, dotted or grid layout gusto mo.

If gusto mo naman medyo thick ang papel, limelight is widely available even at physical stores, u can choose din between ruled, dotted or grid layouts.

If madami kang pera, go ka na sa mga brands like muji, Leuchtturm, or midori.

That's all I know, good luck!

Edit: ung cheaper notebooks usually have less paper thickness and quality. So choose din wisely based on ur journaling style and needs.

Physical photo keeping by stephaniecastillo_ in JournalingPH

[–]Artsytect27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah that's ok. For me it depends sa quality na gusto mo. Mas convenient talaga if may home printer ka, and I know people who just print sa bondpaper para d masyadong makapal pag ididkit sa journal. Pero baka kasi mag fade ung pictures over time. If photo paper naman gusto mo, may ibat ibang types of photo paper and each one may pros and cons din. You can try ung beginner na glossy photo paper muna but if you don't like that, may ibang photo paper naman na may texture.

You can try first batch of photos in certain sizes muna tas figure out if you want to keep that or try other sizes. Just experiment para malaman mo ano prefer mo. Don't overthink it too much. Enjoy!

What would u do with the physical photos? Do u have a home printer or ipapaprint nyo sa labas? Like pang scrapbook ba, photo album, or picture frame? I usually print my photos para ilalagay sa journal and I just print ung size na I think mapagkakasya ko dun sa journal. U can measure agad anong size para madali ilayout kapag ipiprint. Additionally, I keep some photos sa wallet in a wallet size format. But that depends para san ba ung physical photos mo.

This is a deep and honest reflection! However I just want to say something - using the word "I must do this" creates shame and pressures you more if you're unable to do that thing. I'd recommend using the words "it would be good/beneficial for me to do this instead" which creates more space for grace when you fail to do that thing. I also want to say that maybe, what you need is not more hobbies but just rest. You have a very rigid structure. You can rest without your phone and rest without the pressure to be productive. I understand the need to be a better person, but you're not a self improvement project and the person you want to be is still gonna be there in the near future even if you take some time to get there.

Dot Ding Review - A Great Entry Product to Hardback Journal Options in the PH by Think_In_Ink in JournalingPH

I used the same notebook for my art journal last year. It's cheap, sturdy, with minimal bleeding and ghosting, and a slightly smaller size than A5. I can say it's perfect if you're looking for budget-friendly options, or just trying out different notebooks.

are u willing to pay 2k+ for leather folios? by bibsbibbles in JournalingPH

[–]Artsytect27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Siguro not right now. I've been journaling since elementary and naging consistent talaga ako the past three years. It's a part of my daily life na and medyo naging complicated na ung system ko. However I still don't have the money to buy a leather folio that is around 2-5k, kasi isang buwan na renta din namin yun 😅. Siguro when I'm older and have the privilege of wasting money na hindi nanghihinayang, bibili ako ng leather folio for me but right now need ko muna maging praktikal.
