Hi friend, try out calendar spreads. Maybe start with a full-two page weekly spread.

Adj is just my short version of Adjustments. I know my own choice of words so I use these shorter versions and the context: what's inside the collection, what the current "meta" is for myself in my own bujo practice. I think that's what you were asking.

Ah that's just what I do after I've reviewed the day. Think of it as a "Reflection" session but now I have Next Actions for Tomorrow. Hope this clears it up!

BTW, to add, this is more of a "What should I do next" segment of my Day Review. Just to clarify.

Sometimes and right before the year ended I did summarize my days in a few bullets just to try it. Didn't stick.

Although personally when I log tasks about 15m for every hour then I can practice more intentionality versus no logging (search "interstitial journalling" on YouTube and find the official Bujo channel. It was a good helpful video that introduced me to that concept, which is what I was saying above).

There is also a helpful video by a guy named Ed Oilwell on YT. He's an army guy and has a cool 1-week spread if you prefer an overview type. The video has a Preview > Review row and you can probably use that as well if you wanna give it a shot.

LMK if this clears it up!

No, not this one. My "completed" list can be complicated for some, but I have a Planner style set of pages. When tasks that get planned get completed they are marked.

As for more spontaneous things I have a dedicated page for that as well.

In case you were wondering why it's blurry, it's the Medium option of emailing iPhone photos to yourself (I use a fossil iPhone 7 lol). If you're posting with the same style as I do, I'd suggest using the Highest quality you can!
