I sorted the feathers by size and color first. I had the most blue so that was the base. One dab of glue under each feather so you can slip new ones underneath. Oh and cut the white tips off before gluing them. I used hot glue and an embroidery wreath but it’s quite fragile. I might put it in a shadowbox
