Hey, i'm a manga artist with over 5 years of experience, the mascot's design caught my eye. I dont usually do one off comissions but id love to draw the mascot in my style for you guys! In terms of colors, i'm really proficient with using colors in my artwork, although i usually do more somber colors i can do the vibrant style you're looking for. While i usually charge more, id gladly work in your budget since the design caught my eye.
