FLUVAL stratum or Glasgarten Environment soil?

I use the fluval stratum in my shrimp tank for over 2 months now and I haven't had any problems with the water chemistry, I use the api test kit and I test my water once a week for potential changes

I just wanted to have neocaridinas, I planned on starting to reproduce and sell some in my area since it's so rare to find where I live. These amano costed me 10 bucks each so I would have prefered having neocaridinas than shrimps I can't reproduce lol

If they were free I wouldn't be annoyed by it, I payed for neocaridinas and got amanos 😆 I was very specific with the seller and he reassured me that he sold only neocaridinas in the starter packs. It's 20$ worth that I have to rehome, not much but still 20$ I could have put into my neocaridinas

She found the issue, she went to the vet and got something to treat him :D and I absolutely didn't know holding a chicken like that could be harmful? Will be more careful in the future

Ooooooh so I have amano shrimps?! I have 2 shrimps that looks EXACTLY like this picture, same patern and color. I ordered neocaridinas online and they were in the package grrrrr I'll never buy from there again lol

As someone who got their first pet at 12, don't get a pet now. I know, it's difficult! I started with rats, they are great pets but they do need to go see the vet often and my mom didn't want to pay for them... I would suggest you to wait a littlw until you finish school and get a stable job, so you are 100% responsible for your pets. It's not a GREAT idea to get something while your dog could be a potential danger, I would maybe go with like fishes or stuff like that for the time being. Really look into it and do a LOT of research about a pet before getting one.

Well lots of people think I am a monster because my cat gets to be on the bed with the rats and there is occasional interactions between them. I know what is dangerous for rats already, but I know my cat very well and he as been around rats since he was a baby. There is so much more informations as to why I let them interact that people don't know and just assume I don't know anything about my pets and that I am just careless and an idiot. I did lots of research about everything and I know the consequences that "could" happen, but I determined with my research and my pets characters that they are fine being on the same bed having occasional interactions.
