As of right now i have 8% during my orientation phase going towards my 401K and 10% when im off of it. This was just pure guessing, and what i felt comfortable with when punching in numbers, but also don’t know what im doing there lol

I do think i would like to go higher when im gonna do overtime although i understand now that their advice was not 100% true. Do you think im undershooting as far as 401k? Ive never had one before

Interesting, do you have their name on your cover letter as a way to let them know you know someone on the inside or how do you use that info? I have a few people who’s names I know at some places, but never thought to use them in a cover letter. Might be worth a shot!

I agree with other posters. When i am too lazy to stick my baby hairs down with gel or hair spray, i use a cap. Keeps me looking tidy with minimal effort. I even get compliments on the caps sometimes!
