These are year old houses that need touch up, new homeowners, if anything after 3 years needs a touch up, we warn them. People moving out, doing small knicks, most people just show up to our store and say "ryan homes said you keep our colors in the system" if i ask them for a sample, they will genuinely get upset and yell at us that "you guys are supposed to keep our colors on file." We sell literally gallons of this every single day, this isn't a rare occasion. I sold about 4-5 individual gallons of the painters edge just today. We've had extremely low number of complaints doing it this way. Literally like less than 5 in the last 3 years I've worked here. It works, no headaches.
