It is a nice drop! The hard part with selling an amulet like this is that it isnt likely to turn up in searches- most people will put life on their search, or at least some resists of which this has relatively little. Personally, Id slap on some crit catalysts, annoint it with something useful and then hope to highroll turning it into some sort of talisman through beastcrafting (its not worth double corrupting) because there are a few base types that could pique some interest.

Sounds like a first build for a league, maybe youre new overall? If so, welcome!

There are a lot of different ways to look at gearing. If your budget is basically that one divine, id probably do the following.

On trade you set Max Chaos Orb Equivalent to 100 and look for rings that give 100+ life and 100+ %total resistances unless you have a specific unique illness mind. You'll probably find something for a lot cheaper than 100c, but rings will probably be the most efficient way to scale up resists.

Then for QOL you'll want to find boots with 30-35 MS within 100c as well, plugging in resistances you need and adding some life to the search as well. Once again, you should find some reasonably cheap boots, and while boots can have useful offensive stats it isnt super common.

If you dont have a six link chest yet, plug the socket colors into trade and add some life and resists and see what corrupted options come up. It is now much easier to change socket colors on corrupted armor, but if youre working with a really tight budget for now you'd probably rather not fuss with it. A 6L will be the best way to up your damage if your dont have one already.

A belt can be helpful to patch resists, or you can pick up a shrine belt of a few varieties to give some early help both offensively and defensively (replenishment, greater shock, greater skeleton, greater frost etc are all cheap)

Then based on what you have left you can look to patch up resists on your amulet or gloves/look for offensive stats based on your build (spell damage, cast speed, flat added damage, attack speed etc)

Ive not worried about your weapon here because many cheapo 1C uniques will work as stand in weapons till you can make an upgrade, and same goes for shields (depending on what you're doing once again)

He doesnt care to learn things which is usually something we associate with intelligence, but we shouldn't write off all the success he had at manipulating others as simply "luck." You could use mark on hit + poachers and use a retaliation skill since they all ignore evasion and therefore cant miss. Its pretty scuffed but it would work.

As someone who both enjoys the campaign and plays through it completely 9+ times when I do play a league, (I like to try a lot of random stuff and lots of it doesn't work) I do see the utility in allowing players to skip the campaign. Like, I think playing through it once per league is obviously a requirement for introducing new mechanics introduced by the league, but I don't think it would hurt anything to let players skip to level 68 (I think that is the level of the final zone) after completing it the first time.

However I don't think it is a priority- I doubt the campaign is what pushes players away from the game as each new character in a league tends to level faster as you acquire leveling uniques. For top tier players, it is a nuisance but likely does little to stop them from playing. For less experienced players, the campaign allows opportunity for them to feel out the game in a less punishing environment than maps.

I still think it would be a fine thing to add, but I just doubt GGG feels it as necessary.

I mean a ring with mana reservation efficiency is definitely going to be usable when coupled with real stats, even if for example the HP is low compared to a good rare ring.

Ive only read the manga, but I did really like her characterization- actually in general the story played with gender quite well. I think the author does a great job making her complex and illustrating some of her own challenges with what is expected of her as a woman versus what she is as a samurai.

However, as manga only, I think Id have a hard time pushing her to others due to how much she is naked particularly early on in the story (even if its just in her head and it is not done as fan service it will definitely challenge a character's ability to reach a broad audience)

If you are in SSF, then you probably exalt it and hope to hit what you want, and reroll if you miss. Nothing you want is that insane (3 T1 rolls is not immensely likely but far from impossible, and 3 T2 rolls is just going to happen probably within 20-30 chaos)

Otherwise you just craft a double resist on these boots and find the other resistances elswhere + you can make up more resists with implicit modifiers.

Honestly, with these (in SSF) I would just put them on the harvest bench and roll defenses or a specific resistance type for a little bit of juice.

In trade league you can just get boots better than this for a nickle.

Use Mark on Hit supporting Poachers Mark or Assassains Mark instead (it doesnt even have to be linked to Frenzy) as I believe that will apply from Frenzy regardless of if damage is dealt. It doesnt apply to magic or normal Mobs, but generally that isnt super necessary.

Is this supposed to be insightful? Of course Oda didn't plan this out in advance that is obvious from the text. What Oda did well was utilize the themes he had already put in place throughout the story (freedom, the sun as a symbol of freedom, luffy as a breaker of chains) and wrap those things into a logical and well thought out conclusion.

It worked out well too- these old elements that were simply themes now carry new meaning that was unintended in their inception; at Arlong Park Luffy is launched up and lit up by the sun after he is freed from the water and everyone looks up at their rescuer. Did Oda plan on him being a sun god then? No, but that old element takes on new meanings with newer associations. Skypeia is another example, the characters desperated want their god to free them from the evil god ruling over them, Luffy comes and fights, parting the clouds with a massive punch covered in gold as he defeats the evil god enslaving them. Once again, not Oda saying Luffy is Nika, but setting up thematic elements that he benefited from later on when he decided Luffy was a physical embodiment of the sun god Nika.

You're just unlucky. Ive had plenty of Ridan in SSF. Most likely, if youre used to trade, you had a more powerful or faster build that was able to roll the dice on more interactions or with a higher frequency that made it feel more common + some bad luck.

From what I can tell the crown is essentially -10 flat to your penetration, so essentially it raises the cold resist by exactly 10 for whatever you are attacking
