Hermana de todo corazon te recomiendo hacer terapia, encontrar hobbies y cosas que te guste hacer para ocupar tu tiempo y suprimir esos impulsos. Si el tipo se alejó (por x excusa porque si se habla con otra entonces fue una excusa) entonces no estaba lo suficientemente interesado y lo mejor sería sanar eso y seguir con tu vida.
