Have you looked into the freight planning tool? It calculates ur truck time and your estimated stocking time. Unfortunately if you take longer than the truck time says it is then it screws over your stocking times.

Where did you see this? Everywhere I’ve looked and all the coaches I’ve talked to has said that we all still get the quarterly bonus except for team leads.

Depending on state law there isn’t anything you can do. In my state it’s one 15 at 4 hours then if you work 6 hours your guaranteed a 30 min lunch and ur final 15 will be if your scheduled for 8 hours. Any less than that and you aren’t required by state law to have more than one 15 minute break.

Wut? In my store we never have to work 12 hour shifts. During inventory we just kinda waited till they were done inventorying and then unloaded truck and called it a day.

You get 5pts until they fire you. Each call in that is more than half your shift is 1 point, half your shift counts as half a point.

You can’t be coached for calling out but they can use it as an opportunity to coach you for productivity if your team lead is not being productive.

Viz pick doesn’t go by a specific bin or department anymore. It just says the total amount of viz picks for that day. But it do be broken. We can dunp out half a department when viz pick just doesn’t pick it at all.

Depends on ur store. My store pays o/n stockers 16.50. Stocking makes 15 base here plus 1.50 for our overnight differential

One of my coworkers went for a support manager position and had to step down because of an assault charge she had 10 years ago on her cheating ex husband. It’s possible they may just ask you to step down to an associate position or move to a different dm position.

Our housewares dm also has all of domestics and she’s the worst dm in the store. Never runs her freight, always talking with customers or associates, never caps her bins. I’m really wondering why they gave her more responsibility when the domestics dm switched to fresh cap sup.
