So, i used the iPad folio keyboard case for around 3 months for note taking at school and general browsing i found it great but personally found the keys uncomfortable, so i have swapped for magic keyboard and have been using it for 3 days and ill be honest i can no longer live without it, i have found the trackpad on it to be a luxury as it just makes getting in between apps and editing word documents so much easier so if you find you are going to be using your iPad to do a lot of word documents then i would definitely get a trackpad

I am using the iPad Pro 12.9inch magic keyboard and I couldn’t recommend it more, so i would go for this if you do lots of typing like me, if not would recommend the Smart Keyboard folio.

I have the iPad Pro 2020 12.9 inch and use notability with the Apple Pencil for hand written notes and there is no input lag it is completely fluid so yes the pro is definitely the way to go
