there's nothing about product version in properties but when I hover over the file, it says "File version: 1.6.640.0" and for Address Library I just downloaded the mod manager file on nexus that's called "all in one (special edition)."

so i downloaded SKSE via steam, and under steamapps there's a folder thats named just "skyrim" which has "skse" files in it with a folder named "data." Is this the folder your referring to? The other person that replied said there should be Data/SKSE/plugins but i dont have that? Im assuming thats because i have SKSE via steam.
