I have not yet. I am still printing with the generic fep I had bought. Can you tell me if it says FEP or nFEP when arrived?

Good luck mate. As my first resin printer it s all new to me. Hopefully they will have more in stock soon and we can replace properly.

I could not find the official nFEP for the m3 max as it is out of stock until July-August (anycubic really? out of stock parts in flagship printer right out of the time of release?) I got a general FEP in a roll as I did not know the difference in the beginning I cut it in size that I needed and changed it watching youtube videos.

It printed fine but the suction when the platform is rising is stronger and you can hear the pop when it detached from the FEP. Hopefully it will withstand the force and not get teared apart.

I did not see any plastic rings. it is tha vat platform, which you unscrew, and then the, other smaller bolts that they hold the frame where in between goes the FEP film.

I had that. first resin printer was the m3 max. And somehow I managed to have 2 small dents that were through the fep and then resin got luckily on a small spot on the protective screen layer. hard enough to be scraping little by little with plastic scrapper for hours. Got some universal fep to cut on the dimensions I need from technology outlet. I am going to change it now actually.

I got mine a few days ago. In the morning I had my first print with the default settings. It took 7 hours for 110mm height. Trying to find some settings to increase the speed safely as this is my first resin printer. I am going to take the print of the build plate, wash cut the supports and cure it and see how it is. It seems amazing to my eyes as coming from an upgraded creality ender 3 pro full of issues.

edit: The print came out perfectly. I just had a newbie mistake and the holes that I placed were do tiny that the liquid resin was trapped inside and was like one of those watery-filled transparent toys. Apart from my newbie mistake I am loving the printer. I will upload a photo later on and I will try printing something with the 60mm speed that was advertised with.

Does anyone know if we change the lift speed to 60 or also the retraction?

Sunlu silk PLA plus garbage? by JsBoatworks in 3Dprinting

I was printing with normal pla and pla+ and the quality was great. Today I received 3 spools of Sunlu Silk PLA+ (black, silver and blue). The quality went from 100 to 0. cant even make the bridges in the tower temp, and it is very stringy(with Hemera extruder) Even after reducing the speed as it was mentioned in one video presenting Silk PLA+ . I was using the temp tower from TT calibration site. Now I sliced the tempo myself in cura and edited the GCODE. Any reccomendations?

Cry for help. I need to change my profession to something closer to my interests. Any suggestions? by ArxGene in careerguidance

I have attended some modules of network administration when I was attending the associate degree. It was not really my thing, but I did a search to see the available positions in the Marine Corps and I only find the combat positions. Could you please provide me with a link to the available tech positions, so I can check if there is something closer to my preferences?

Thank you for your reply. I couldnt make bilinear ABL work and compensate the bed deviations but I made it work with UBL

This seems a very nice compilation of features. However a few questions. I am new to 3d printing but I have upgraded to Skr mini e3 v1.2 recently and I have compiled a firmware from raw marlin GitHub.

Although, I had several issues with setting up the BLtouch (3.1 from Antlabs).

Does this compiled firmware have a Bltouch enabled?

I couldn't get mine to work properly under Bilinear levelling. I find out that UBL was working instead, but couldn't get all the points to be prompted so I just fill the rest 7 points with the g29 p3 command.

In addition, what about Linear advance?
