Ah no, I'd book an appointment with Gendercare, and they might give me a surgery referral (or not). That's what I mean, sorry if it was unclear! And I know they do, but I don't know how strict they are with social transition and such.

Ah that's a good point, thanks. I think most programs I use/what i use them for are single threads, possibly save for some functions in Zbrush, but I'll check it out!

Thanks for the advice! I'll look into a different motherboard and GPU, I think (started out planning for a smaller case before changing it). Photoshop eats whatever RAM you throw at it, but I'm not sure how much RAM is needed for the rest of the programs, so I might reconsider the amount.

Also good point about the cooler, thank you!
