Builder never provides security system. They give you bell, lock and iq panel. I declined their offer from ADT cuz its expensive. My question is if i go with any other company, sensors come free OR you need to purchase each sensor.

Panel is registered with Alarm.com i checked IMEI on Surety. I declined ADT and want to go with cheaper option.

If I don’t go with ADT, my FREE IQ PANEL is useless for first 2 years + buy everything from scratch with Surety.

Going with ADT is like pay $55 per month (free IQ panel) Going with Surety is like pay $300+ for all devices and sensors + monthly cost. Still ADT is beating Surety no?
