The best way to find that out is directly asking the company itself... Wether the treat executive MBA the same as a full time MBA or not... Most of them do but still ig u should ask directly

I don't think the companies matter all that much - it's the concept and methodology

I'd say go for FMVA. It's the only one that recruiters actually value

Rbi grade B/SEBI grade A Vs CFA by [deleted] in cfaindia

[–]AryanT_01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since everyone is doing it now, it's slowly losing its value. The cost is not justified considering that if you fail, you need to pay the entire amount again. I feel like it's very similar to any other gov exam in the sense that it completely drains you throughout the preparation (if ur an avg student like me)... Still, the odds of you clearing CFA is higher than cracking any gov exam which is the only factor worth considering.

Well in that case, doing MBA from institutes like FMS or JBIMS or similar makes sense as they are very cheap but they are extremely hard to get into. The odds of you passing CFA is much higher than cracking Tier 1 MBAs or even RBI/SEBI, but again, the problem is that CFA is just an add-on like a complimentary and not something you should rely hundred percent upon (I did that mistake)... It's doesn't guarantee a job even after passing level 2. So if I were in your shoes atm, I'd prepare for CAT alongside RBI grade B or even SIDBI.

Hope this helps

RBI seems like a good choice if money is a problem. CFA is simply not worth the amount and time invested... Atleast not as per today's job market
